I get the intent behind that criterion, but I think of Piececlopedia links as more of a ‘nice‐to‐have’ than strictly necessary for an article to be good, especially if, as they are here, the move is explained adequately on the page itself. For now I'll hold off publishing on those grounds, but I'm not convinced it ought to be a formal requirement for publication
