I have added some new features to help speed up and crowd source the publication of submissions. First, contributors get a form with the same checklist authors and editors can see, and they may use it to give their stamp of approval on the publication of a submission. This will not publish the page, but it will write a comment the contributor can post to express approval of its publication. After the author has submitted a submission for publication, he can use a form with the same checklist to resubmit his submission in case it hasn't been published yet. This will also write a comment he can post.
