missing '4th' position, but this still doesn't work, each quarter of
this board has 3 spaces within it, the Byzantine board has 4, so this
cannot be a Byzantine board.

total within a quarter, while Byzantine has 16.
The centre also is different, being more a 'point' than a 'circle'.
