TO. Whom so ever Concerned I have a doubt as; 1. I have a rooke and Queen but my opponent is having only Queen with some Pawns on Both sides. If it is not possible to finish the game within 16 moves, whether the game is DRAWN or Who is Winner? @. What is 16 move rule? I hope you will help me in this regard & oblige. Thanks & Regards Avinash
