I was not sure on this one (as well as Airplane Chess) whether capturing an enemy piece you land beyond is mandatory or optional. I assumed optional. If not, one would indeed have to split the move in an dau part and an omca part. In your Diagram the capture appears to be optional too, though.

It looks like capture is mandatory for airplane chess. (the applet works that way) I assume it's the same for the zeppelin.
