That's right.  If it doesn't show anything then there are no time controls.  It would be better if there was a message to that effect.

If possible, it might be good to know if a game is going to be rated, too (unless I'm missing something that indicates that), and maybe also if a game is going to be publicly viewable or not, in the case of personal invitations.
