This piece seems to be identical to the Querquisite in Querquisite Chess.
One can also mention M-Chess (M stands for Metamorphosis) as precedent.

And of course Querquisite comes first in 1947, recovered by Sibahi. An example of problemists' piece left there for 60 years and then incorporated into CV by Abdul-Rahman.
