Hello Roberto,

Can a displacer displace more than one piece a turn if it lands adjacent to two enemy pieces? Thanks

Hello, again, Roberto.

The rules do not specifically state this, so I just wanted to confirm. Can the deuce and trey capture OVER a blocker? For instance, two enemy deuces are sandwiching a blocker, can they capture each other?

I sent an email a few days ago to upload some graphics so I can make a new
board for Hanga Roa. The yellow background hurts my eyes and using the
same pieces as the previous variant I played can confuse me. Did I send to
the right email or is the administrator not available? Thank you.

One thing of note that is not directly stated, but I think is specified in context. When the author writes:

'After carrying out its movement, the Ariki has the right to throw 2 stones in any direction (orthogonal or diagonal) and any number of squares.'

I assume that it means two things:

-An ariki MUST move in order to throw stones.
-An ariki may move and only throw one or no stones, as specified by it having a 'right' to do so, not an obligation.

If the inventor or any players would like to clarify that this is correct or incorrect, please let me know. I am playing a game and will assume these rules as such until told otherwise. Thank you :)

When it states that a piece can jump, does the square that the piece jumped count as a square moved? For instance, is the maximum amount of squares out a princes can move, whether she jumps pieces or not, 3 or can she move 6 by jumping a piece each time?

Also, one item of note:

The preset differs from the rules in placement of the princess and chiefs. I am not sure how much this affects the game itself, but thought it an item worth pointing out.
